About the forum

E-commerce trade forum is a meeting place for owners and managers of internet shops and businesses as well as consumer organizations.

The Primary objective of this forum is to develop understanding of laws and ethical standards for online commerce, which will facilitate the the normalization of etiquette and standards for internet transactions and consumers.

The mission of Dobry Kupiec is to feature discussions on important issues and initiatives concerning the well being and development of e-commerce within Poland.

Program

The first day of the forum, specialists of law will address the most important requirements of Polish and European law as well as procedures and options for conflict resolution, and certification for internet businesses.

The second day will feature a presentation of critical issues concerning business strategy as well as web site quality which are essential for achieving success in online business.

The program format will consist of 4 theme based segments. Each of which will be concluded with a discussion panel conducted by the contributors as well as special guests.
